IdeaCV
is the premiere online idea-sharing community, founded out of Stanford
University. Our goal is to generate and facilitate connections &
interactions between innovators, entrepreneurs, and thinkers around the
world.
I have noticed a recent trend towards the open sharing of ideas in
Silicon Valley. With IdeaCV, we hope to usher in this new generation of
open idea-sharing.
Our philosophy: SHARE EVERY IDEA YOU HAVE! Most often, people will
chime in with input you would never have thought of. And the
possibility that someone would take your idea, execute it exactly as
you would, and leave you out in the cold is so unlikely and worth the
tiny amount of risk in order to bring about open, valuable discussion
that ultimately brings your idea closer to a reality.
As of October '07, the site is currently in an open alpha, so
please sign up and email me with suggestions, feature requests, and
general feedback.
